Major Snow storm... an hours drive turned into nearly five hours., we passed this Jacknifed Tracktor Trailer along the way

The Bavarian Style town of Leavenworth

this charming wonderful town is amazing!!!

Each building in town is constructed and paited in the style of a Bavarian village.

Set next to the mountains, it's a scene you have to see for yourself.

This has to be the nicest Howard Johnson I've ever seen.

Last Week....

OK, really two weeks ago, just after Ralph (on the right) was parked next to Joey (the one i have been livin in on the left) covered in snow.... who wouldn't want to live here?

Last year, arriving upon Sandpoint, Idaho, and seeing what the businesses in town had done for the holidays, i was extatic.... beautiful paintings on each and every business window... There are pictures from a past post of this town...

Several weeks ago, i was driving my mom through Sandpoint to show her the windows, and we ran uppon the artist... I only took a moment to talk to her, compliment, her, and thank her for her work.... but.... for the few people that have seen the pictures, and enjoyed the pictures, and the time she has put into this...... I thought you would enjoy...
