Are you tired of Leavenworth yet?

Well, sorry, but here's more... I am so in love with the area around this town (and the Wenatchee River that runs into it) that i can't help but sharing pictures......

What an amazing moment, finding a Mated Pair of Bald Eagles

As i passed along the road, saw these eagles, damn near slid into a snow bank, then into the ditch, I knew, if they would stay, i would cherish these pictures. Sounds stupid? How often have you seen a mated pair of Bald Eagles?

He was eating too, but as soon as i walked towards them, he jumped up on the snow bank, then after i was able to get a short video and some shots of them, he flew into the trees....

The mountain pass in between Cle Elum Washington, and Leavenworth.

Last Tuesday, Columbia River Gorge......

OK, I couldn't pic one, or three... i had to post them all. This is near the Wild Horse Monument, overlooking the Columbia River. Of all the sunset pictures I've taken, these are some of my favorites....

Tuesday Jan.16th

Tuesday morning, i came around the corner, down the road from the property, and, and scared these two, who were laying in the snow, right next to the road. They took a few steps, and started eating, and let me hang there, to photograph her and her baby.... Luckily THIS time, I had my camera....

This is the baby.
